We are proud to be able to offer a very comprehensive warranty for our Loyal Watches. A watch is not only an integral part of our busy lives, it is also a fashion statement. We rely on our watch 24/7 and if a problem occurs we need to know there is prompt and professional service at our disposal.
We offer three different warranties on all Loyal Watches purchased.
5 years (Loyal Watches $300 and above retail price)
This Unconditional Guarantee covers your timepiece against manufacturing defects including failure of the movement, case, bracelet, crystal or battery for two years. This provision excludes scratches and marks caused by normal wear.
In addition, your Loyal Watch will be covered for a further three years against the failure of the movement.
This extended warranty excludes battery replacements.
In the unlikely event you do experience a fault with your Loyal, please return the timepiece to any Loyal Stockist together with the Guarantee Card. We will either repair the watch or offer you an equivalent replacement timepiece. The assessment and decision as to what action is to be taken will be at the discretion of the Loyal Warranty Centre.
2 years (Loyal Watches $100 to $299 retail price)
This Unconditional Guarantee covers your timepiece against manufacturing defects including failure of the movement, case, bracelet, crystal or battery for two years. This provision excludes scratches and marks caused by normal wear.
In the unlikely event you do experience a fault with your Loyal, please return the timepiece to any Loyal Stockist together with the Guarantee Card. We will either repair the watch or offer you an equivalent replacement timepiece. The assessment and decision as to what action is to be taken will be at the discretion of the Loyal Warranty Centre.
1 years (Loyal Watches less $100 retail price)
This Guarantee covers your timepiece against manufacturing defects including failure of the movement, case, bracelet, crystal or battery for one year, providing the defect has not been caused by abnormal wear.
In the unlikely event you do experience a fault with your Loyal, please return the timepiece to any Loyal Stockist together with the Guarantee Card. We will either repair the watch or offer you an equivalent replacement timepiece. The assessment and decision as to what action is to
be taken will be at the discretion of the Loyal Warranty Centre.
Why can we offer this generous warranty?
• We source materials and movements from trusted sources
• We use only high grade quality materials, such as solid stainless steel, carbon fibre and ceramic. For gold plated watches we use a minimum of 3 microns, which is 3 times more than the industry standard. As we in Australia experience a hot and humid climate, a watch with a lower micron count will much more easily tarnish and loose its gold plating.
• We have over 50 years of experience, which has allowed us to tailor a product that we trust.
• We have one of the Australia’s most sophisticated workshops with many decades of experience in servicing watches.
• The normal turnaround time for service of a Loyal Watch is 2 to 4 days.
